Designed and installed a balloon arch with a stylized tablescape that brought the theme to life, focusing on color harmony and adding playful details to create a cohesive, photo-ready backdrop for capturing beautiful memories.

Event: Willow Glen's Annual Holi Celebration

Theme: "Holi Hai"

Designed a vibrant yet performance-friendly visual anchor for the event, celebrating the joy, color, and cultural spirit of Holi. Covered the frame with richly colored fabric drapes arranged in a vertical color story creating a clean, seamless canvas. Added depth and festive character through handcrafted playful accents and balloons with wrapped marigold garlands to visually frame the performance area.

Designed and installed a balloon arch with client-provided materials on site at very short notice. Brought the theme to life with theme-appropriate colors for that bold, sporty look!

Event: Intimate Birthday Celebration

Theme: "Indoor Camping & Movie Night"

Designed the end-to-end flow to make an at-home birthday feel extraordinary. Starting with a cozy indoor camping tent setup with ambient lighting to enjoy with kids. An at-home fine-dine tablescape setup for the couple, followed by a romantic movie night experience on the projector paired with wine and personalized charcuterie boards.

Layered the space using props, textures, and personalized details to create the perfect ambience for an intimate but memorable evening.
